for the construction only of the Development being a metal foundry facility located at NE ¼ 34-2-29 in the Rural Municipality of Edward, in accordance with the Environment Act Proposal dated August 28, 1998, and subject to the following specifications, limits, terms and conditions:

1. The Licencee shall not undertake or otherwise allow any activity at this Development except for that which is necessary for the construction of the facility.
   
   
2. The Licencee shall not store or otherwise accumulate at this Development any materials other than those necessary for the construction of the facility.
   
   
3. The Licencee shall carry out any remedial measures or modifications to the constructed works authorized under this Licence which may be deemed necessary by the Director to ensure effective environmental management, or for any other reason, in this Licence and in any subsequent stage in the licensing of the Development. Such remedial measures or modifications shall be undertaken within a time frame to be specified by the Director, and in a manner to be approved by the Director.
   
   
4. If in the opinion of the Director, the Licencee is in contravention of or has contravened the specifications, limits, terms and conditions set out herein, the Director may revoke, temporarily or permanently, this Licence.
