HAZCO ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES LTD. - HAZARDOUS WASTE TRANSFER FACILITY (CLIENT FILE: 4565.00)
A proposal has been filed by Mr. Paul Bauer, on behalf of Hazco Environmental Services Ltd., for the development and operation of a hazardous waste transfer facility to be located on "all those portions of RL 11 and 12, Parish of St. Andrews, which lie west of public road plan 2538 WLTO except firstly: public road plans 13712 WLTO and 36710 WLTO and secondly: plan 22658 WLTO and except out of RL 11, public road plan 8028 WLTO." The facility will be used for the purpose of temporary storage prior to long haul transfer of hazardous wastes to final disposal or treatment.
