TOWN OF MINITONAS - MINITONAS WASTEWATER TREATMENT LAGOON EXPANSION (FILE: 115.20)

A proposal was filed on behalf of the Town of Minitonas for the expansion of its existing wastewater treatment lagoon located in SE 13-36-26 WPM. The proposed expansion consists of the construction of a new, additional storage cell that will be located immediately adjacent to the north and west perimeter dikes of the existing wastewater treatment lagoon. The expansion will involve portions of land from all quarter sections of Section 13-36-26 WPM. Treated wastewater from the wastewater treatment lagoon will be discharged to the East Favel River via an existing drain between June 15th and November 1st of any year.
