Important Information

Businesses located on FEDERAL land (for example First Nation Communities) within the Province of Manitoba, do not need an operating permit number to receive product, as a result, they do not fall under Manitoba Regulation 188/2001.  However, these facilities must comply with new FEDERAL regulations in the spring of 2005 (expected date).
