Fish Hatchery Interpretive Centre

Tour the Whiteshell Fish Hatchery! From eggs to fingerlings, Manitoba Fisheries ensures our fish
futures everyday. Visit our Hatchery Interpretive Centre to learn how the hatchery works towards a
sustainable future. Park Interpreters will greet you in the centre and answer all your questions. Tours are FREE and everyone is welcome to attend!

Located on PR #312 between West Hawk and Caddy Lakes . Admission is free.

2012 Operating Dates:

Open Victoria Day Weekend May 19-21 (May Long Weekend);
Open May 26-27;
Open Daily June 1 – September 3

Regular open hours are 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Guided tours detailing the hatchery operations are at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.  Drop-ins are always welcomed.  Tours are outdoors and approximately 40 minutes in length.
