Interpretive Events - What's coming up in Manitoba's Provincial Parks
 

Special Events -
To hold a special event in Manitoba's Provincial Parks.

Any trip to Manitoba's provincial parks can be a highlight of your spring, summer or fall but the following weekends offer a variety of events. Mark your calendar now:


June 12 - 14, 2009 - Family Fishing Weekend
Bring the family out for a weekend of fishing.  Fishing licences are not required on this weekend.  Refer to the Manitoba Fishing Guide for more details. 
 

July 1, 2009 - Canada Day
Check parks offices and bulletin boards for special Canada Day programs or celebrations.

July 9 - 12, 2009 - Winnipeg Folk Festival
Canada's greatest folk and roots music festival takes place at Birds Hill Provincial Park.

July 18, 2009 - Canada's Parks Day
Celebrations in Manitoba's parks offer a wide variety of family-oriented activities including: Honorary Natural Resource Officer and interpretive events. 

July 31 - August 3, 2009 - August Long Weekend

September 4 - September 7, 2009 - Labour Day Weekend
