

You require a white-tailed deer hunting licence to hunt this species in Manitoba. Licences can be purchased at Manitoba Conservation offices throughout the province, or at participating vendors.
A resident may purchase only one of each type of the following regular licences: archery, muzzleloader, shotgun/muzzleloader, general rifle, and where offered, second, and third deer. A nonresident may purchase only one of each type of the following regular licences: archery, muzzleloader and general rifle. Foreign resident deer licences are available only through outfitters. It is illegal to hunt mule deer.
