Corporate HR Policies & Programs

Corporate HR Policies & Programs provides leadership to departments in support of the principles of merit, fairness and equity in the hiring process, as well as managing specific human resource programs designed to ensure a well-qualified and diverse civil service.

More specifically we:

  1. Establish, implement and evaluate government-wide staffing practices.

  2. Establish and review the procedures, competencies and standards needed to support delegated and non-delegated staffing authority.

  3. Develop and manage the protocol needed to review or intercede regarding complaints and grievances of staffing actions.

  4. Recommend and develop the equity policies and diversity employment strategies.

  5. Develop and manage corporate internship and placements programs that sustain leadership capacity in the civil service.
