
What is the program all about?
The Public Administration Internship Program for Persons with Disabilities is an opportunity to prepare for a career in public service. This two-year training program will provide enhanced opportunities for persons with disabilities to work in government.
Through a series of on-going job placements, training, and orientation, interns will be exposed to a wide variety of areas of public administration such as research, policy development, policy analysis and human resources.
Interns will enhance their existing skills and acquire new ones while learning the business of government.
Our Goal:
Our goal is to increase the representation of persons with disabilities working in the Government of Manitoba at all levels and to continue to promote a diverse workforce.
