Ray Sherwood, Golden Prairie Consulting,(www.goldenprairieconsulting.com) has been a partner with Organization & Staff Development (OSD)  as a consultant and facilitator since 1995.

As a partner with OSD, Ray delivers Accounting  Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced, Personal Money Management, Benchmarking ,Budgeting,  Business Plan Development,  Financial Management for Program Managers, Financial Management for Non-Financial Management and Essential of Supervision courses.

Ray has extensive experience in consulting, design, and facilitation in accounting, finance, business planning and entrepreneurship. Ray has an understanding of both private and public sector employees, which allows the focus of his delivery to relate directly to the group. He has developed a reputation for providing a challenging, yet safe environment for people to participate in problem solving and working through change in organizations. He customizes his training and facilitation to meet the needs of the group and to provide guaranteed results. Feedback from Ray’s workshops is consistently excellent.

Ray’s past experience in government and private sector has been in administration, accounting, finance, marketing and customer service delivery. He has worked as a Business Planning Consultant for the Government of Manitoba, and has designed and delivered Accounting Training programs for 1500 provincial civil servants who required the program for certification.

Ray’s post-secondary studies include a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours), a Chartered Accountant designation, a Certified Financial Planner’s certificate and an Adult Education Certificate.
