Manitoba e-licensing
The Manitoba e‑licensing platform provides a secure and convenient way to purchase and manage licences and permits online.
Annual angling licences and park vehicle permits go on sale April 15.
To access your licences and permits online, follow the steps below to sign in or create your account.
How to log into your e‑licensing account
Step 1: Access the Website
Visit www.manitobaelicensing.ca
Step 2: Sign In
Select “Sign In” from the top menu bar.
If this is your first time signing in, select “Sign Up Now.”
If you previously had an e‑licensing account, you may proceed directly with the sign‑in process.
Step 3: Verify Your Email
- Enter your email address
- Select “Send Verification Code”
- Enter the verification code sent to your email address
Step 4: Create a Password
Create and confirm a new password when prompted.
Step 5: Complete Sign‑In
Re‑enter the verification code to access the e‑licensing platform.
What You Can Do Once Signed In
After successfully signing in, you will be able to:
- Purchase licences and permits
- View your licence and permit history (if previously purchased)
- Manage your e‑licensing account information
Important Security Information
For security and privacy reasons, you are required to complete the verification process each time you sign in to your e‑licensing account.
