Total Rewards
Total Rewards provides services related to the administration of the Manitoba public service job classification program for Manitoba government departments, employee benefit programs and compensation research. Employee & Labour Relations
Employee & Labour Relations negotiates and administers collective agreements on behalf of the Manitoba government and Manitoba government departments, represents the employer in grievances and arbitrations and provides support on a number of other labour relations topics, including workforce changes and investigations.
