International Agreements

The Province of Manitoba has nurtured strong economic and friendship relationships with jurisdictions all over the world. Several of these relationships have been formalized through Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs).

Since 1999, Manitoba has entered into bilateral arrangements with countries throughout Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe and the Middle East.  The Memoranda of Understanding are available for your viewing by selecting an area on the website's left hand navigation.
