2-Day Conference Style Self-Assessment Workshop using the Personal Outcomes Measures®
Description:
This dynamic 2-day interactive workshop provides the opportunity to gain an understanding of a tool that ensures a person centered focus for service delivery. Participants will be provided with an overview of the outcomes and how they apply to people receiving support from their organization. Participants will have an opportunity to conduct an interview with a workshop participant role-playing a person who receives services and a different workshop participant role-playing a staff person who knows them best. Full attendance both days is required.
