| Program Description | Literacy program is geared to participants with less than a grade 6 education level. Program does provide the opportunity for participants to upgrade to GED and improve their ESL. Participants usually transition into the Pre-Employment program - WKRP. Situations can arise where the participant may leave STEP to WKRP and return to STEP for further upgrading. | ||
