Family Violence and the Workplace: an Employer’s Toolkit

Domestic violence affects a wide variety of people. When someone is caught in the cycle of domestic violence, it affects every aspect of their lives including work.  Because it is often hidden, it’s hard for employers to see the impact it has on staff and the workplace.  Manitoba’s Workplace Initiative to Support Employees (WISE) on Family Violence toolkit offers information and resources to help employers recognize and support staff who are affected by domestic violence.
