Manitoba Housing is looking to partner with housing providers to develop additional affordable housing for Manitoba families.
Manitoba Housing is calling on housing providers to share their ideas, concepts, or specific proposals to develop new affordable family rental or cooperative housing in Manitoba.
Manitoba Housing has issued a request for expressions of interest to develop such housing. Manitoba Housing will require ownership of the project but can fund up to 100 percent of eligible project development costs. Proponents may have the option to accept transfer of the project at the end of the project’s amortization period.
