Tenant Services information.
- Appointment Letter - General (PDF): This letter is used to book an office or home meeting appointment with a tenant.
- Appointment Letter - Welcome Visit (PDF): This letter is used to book a welcome visit with new tenants. This visit usually occurs in the first three months of tenancy.
- Food Services Special Function Agreement (PDF): This form is used for when a resident or tenant association wants to use the kitchen for an event.
- Food Services Meal Sign-in Sheet (PDF): This is the form our drivers and cooks use to track the number of meals and payments.
- Grant Application for Tenant Association (PDF): This is a form provided to tenant groups in Manitoba Housing inviting them to apply for the Community Development Grant every year.
- Tenant Services Coordinator (TSC) Case Management Action Plan (PDF): A form used to document the Tenant case plan for successful tenancies.
- Tenant Services Coordinator (TSC) Introduction Letter - General (PDF): This letter is sent to introduce a Tenant Services Coordinator to a newly assigned building. Letter is sent to all tenants in the building to introduce the new TSC for their building.
- Tenant Services Coordinator (TSC) Introduction Letter - New Tenant (PDF): This letter is sent to introduce the Tenant Services Coordinator for a building to a new tenant moving into their new home.
