Manitoba's Mineral Resources
The Manitoba Mining and Minerals Convention offers a unique opportunity to showcase exploration, mining and investment services and products to a diverse group. This forum will include geophysical equipment, analytical, consulting, financial and mapping services, drilling companies, aircraft companies, software and evaluation packages, telecommunications, transportation and exploration companies and suppliers.
Standard booth size is 6 feet x 10 feet, cost is $700. Booth space is assigned on a first-paid basis and includes:
- one 15 amp - 120 volt electrical service. Additional electrical service
can be ordered through the Winnipeg Convention Centre;
- draped background and side rails;
- one 48 x 30 inch display table (covered and skirted) with
two chairs;
- business card-size monochrome advertisement in the convention program;
- three exhibitor name badges (badges provide access to
special events when tickets are purchased, but do not
provide access to talks). Additional badges cost $25 plus
GST;
- delegate list to be forwarded after convention;
- link from Manitoba Innovation, Energy and Mines
convention website to your website;
- after-hours security
Exhibitors are encouraged to have at least one representative at their booth during the exhibit show.
Returning Trade Show Exhibitors:
Priority booth reservations are offered to companies who have exhibited at the 2011 show.
New Trade Show Exhibitors:
New requests for booth space will be placed on a wait list. When space becomes available, potential exhibitors will be contacted and will have 5 business days to reply. Full payment to be received within one month of confirmation, otherwise the space will be forfeited.
Manitoba Property Showcase
The Manitoba Mining and Minerals Convention provides an ideal opportunity for Manitoba property holders to showcase their mineral properties free of charge.
Space includes:
- one 2.5 x 6 foot table (covered and skirted);
- one 4 x 6.5 foot display board and display signage;
- one name badge that may be upgraded to a full registration
(allows access to talks) for a discounted fee of $50;
- link from Manitoba Innovation, Energy and Mines convention website to your website.
Exhibitors are encouraged to have at least one representative at their booth during the exhibit show.
