Legal Aid Review - Public Consultation
The copy of the report "A Review of Legal Aid Manitoba" that was published on the Manitoba Justice website on May 27, 2004 includes references which are no longer applicable. Please disregard the following:
Page 5 - Footnote 1 - The reference to A. Currie, The Nature and Extent of Unmet Need from Criminal Legal Aid in Canada (Department of Justice Canada, 2003), should be removed because the article has changed status.
Page 130 - Further to the above, the reference to Currie, A. (2003). The Nature and Extent of Unmet Need from Criminal Legal Aid in Canada (Department of Justice Canada), should be removed.
Effective September 13, 2004, these changes have been made to the web-based copy of the report.
