Can I access the acts and regulations without paying a fee?
Yes. All acts and regulations are available to the public free of charge through the following methods:
- Online through the Manitoba Laws website
- In person at:

- Legislative Library
- Legislative Building Reading Room
- Millennium Library
- Some provincial government offices and some university and college libraries across the province.
Can I reproduce these publications for personal, education or business use?
All publications are under copyright protection by the authority of the Queen's Printer.
Is the Continuing Consolidation of Statutes of Manitoba (CCSM) an official version of the law of Manitoba?
The CCSM is not the official law of Manitoba.
Please note that the Province of Manitoba accepts no responsibility for the CCSM's version's accuracy or completeness. If accuracy or completeness is important, consult the official version:
- for Statutes, consult the bound annual volumes of the Statutes of Manitoba
- for Regulations, consult Part II of the Manitoba Gazette or bound annual regulations
How long do I have to wait to get my order?
Delivery times depend on the number and availability of the publications:
- Current or high demand publications can be picked up directly from Queen's Printer - Statutory Publications office in Winnipeg.
- Phone, mail, fax and Internet orders can be shipped within the same day, depending on the availability and quantity of the documents requested.
- Older publications, or those in less demand, may have to be reprinted or copied and could take a few days to be packages and shipped.
What happens if I want to return an order from Queen's Printer - Statutory Publications?
All sales are final.
