The availability of services and supports depend on the resources in each community. Supports may be offered through your Nation, Tribal Council or other service providers. Please enquire with the band office about the services and supports available in your community.

  Services and supports for children with disabilities and their families, including case management and respite.

  Home care services for individuals with chronic and acute illness.
• Hope for Wellness Helpline
  24/7 helpline with experienced and culturally competent counsellors for Indigenous peoples.
• Jordan's Principle
  Help with health and disability-related needs not covered by other programs.
• Non-Insured Health Benefits
  Coverage for medically necessary goods and services like pharmaceuticals, vision and dental care, mental health counselling, medical supplies and equipment and medical transportation.
