What are your hours of operation?

  • Jobs on 9th is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please note that the office is closed from 12:00 p.m. to 12:45 p.m.
  • The office is closed on statutory holidays.

  • Feel free to walk-in at your convenience anytime between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Closed from 12:00 p.m. to 12:45 p.m.).

What do I need to bring with me to the office to meet with an employment counsellor?

  • Current resume and cover letter if you have one.

Is there a cost for services?

  • There is no cost or fee to attend Jobs on 9th.

Do I have to use Jobs on 9th before I apply for EIA?

  • In order to use services at Jobs on 9th, you need to be eligible for EIA.
