Proposed Stewardship Program Plan for Newspaper Recycling
The Manitoba government is reviewing a proposed stewardship program plan for recycling newspapers. Under the Packaging and Printed Paper Stewardship Regulation of the Waste Reduction and Prevention Act, News Media Canada has submitted this stewardship plan on behalf of the newspaper publishers who have circulations in Manitoba.

The deadline for providing comments on the plans is February 19, 2020.
