Part 1 - General Carrier Information

This part of the Carrier Profile includes basic information about the carrier, such as name, address, phone and fax numbers, nature of the operation, insurance information, fleet size, etc. It also includes the carrier's Safety Fitness Certificate Number, IRP number and, if applicable, United States DOT number.
