Training and skill development
- Ag Action Manitoba - Training and Consulting provides young farmers with assistance to help develop their individual skills and access targeted services from professional consultants.
- Young Farmer Crop Plan Credit (MASC) assists young and beginning farmers with the costs of AgriInsurance, while ensuring their crop production decisions are made based on sound research, analysis and their own cost of production.

Leadership opportunities
- Young Farmers Conference is an annual conference to bring together young farmers from across the province and learn about various farm management topics. It’s an opportunity to learn, connect with fellow producers and share experiences.
