Know Your Rights and Responsibilities – Learning Sessions for Tenants and Landlords
The Residential Tenancies Branch (RTB) hosts monthly online presentations via Microsoft Teams, typically on the fourth Thursday of each month at 2:00 p.m., subject to demand and scheduling requests. These sessions are designed to help tenants and landlords understand:
- Your Rights and Responsibilities - Learn what The Residential Tenancies Act and its regulations mean for both tenants and landlords, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Navigating RTB Processes - Gain insight into key procedures such as hearings, repair requests, above-guideline rent increases, and other important steps that affect your tenancy.
- Accessing Resources and Support - Discover the tools, guidance, and assistance available to help you manage tenancy issues effectively.
