Respectful Workplace

Every Manitoba government employee has a right to work in an environment that is respectful and free of all forms of harassment, including sexual harassment.

The Manitoba government's Respectful Workplace Policy has been revised to include new and revised terminology definitions, establish clearer roles and responsibilities, and provide consistent procedures for employees to address concerns. The policy also highlights a joint commitment between the Legislative Assembly and the Manitoba government to support respectful working relationships between all staff.
