Increasing skilled health care worker supply to meet Manitoba’s population health needs

We are taking action to increase the number of qualified health-care providers by investing in training and education. This includes supporting internationally educated health-care providers in obtaining the bridge training and licensure required to practice in Manitoba.

This pillar will provide training for health-care staff who are already employed within the health-care system, and those who are preparing to join the workforce.
