Technical Resource Centre
 

Information and knowledge on food safety topics are very important while you implement a food safety system in your facility. The Technical Resource Centre serves as a technical support for your food safety inquires.

The Technical Resource Centre specializes in applied scientific and technical information on food safety. It provides the following services:

  • Offers up to date information on current food safety issues (ex: food testing, sanitation, microbiology, etc)
  • Assists in research on food safety issues
  • Provides contacts (ex: labs for testing, suppliers, etc)
  • Provides library services
